Salary Range: £32,000- £38,000 Per Annum.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating partner-facing activity: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on actions from partnership meetings and governance forums.
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records across partnership agreements, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
- Preparing materials for partner meetings, proposals, and due diligence exercises.
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for partner queries, escalating where senior judgement is needed.
- Tracking progress against partnership milestones and flagging risks or delays proactively.
- Supporting the development of new partnership proposals across the Group.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong instinct for accuracy in written and documentary work.
- Confident, professional communication, comfortable corresponding with senior external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple relationships and deadlines at once.
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- Proactive, with good judgement about what to resolve and what to escalate.
- Experience in partnerships, account management, coordination, or higher education administration is an advantage, though not essential if the above rings true.
