Key Responsibilities

  • Advise lawyers and business services teams on a broad range of risk, regulatory and professional conduct matters.
  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the firm's risk management framework.
  • Review, update and maintain policies, procedures, terms of engagement and other compliance documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on emerging risks and changes affecting the legal sector.
  • Deliver risk and compliance training across the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders across international offices on risk and compliance initiatives and queries.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at strengthening governance, controls and best practice across the firm.
