Key responsibilities
- Monitor legal, procedural and market developments in contentious real estate and turn them into clear, practical guidance.
- Create, update and improve precedents, know-how, standard documents, playbooks and training materials.
- Provide technical support to lawyers on complex real estate disputes and civil procedure issues.
- Design and deliver internal and client training, both in person and virtually.
- Support the development of consistent approaches to key dispute types and priority client work.
- Work with Knowledge, BD and marketing teams on client updates, thought leadership and external-facing materials.
- Contribute to wider knowledge management projects, including the use of legal technology and AI tools.
This role would suit a UK-qualified real estate disputes lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE, whether currently fee earning and looking to transition into a Knowledge Lawyer role, or already working as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL within contentious property. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex legal developments into clear, commercial and practical guidance.
