This position sits within a dynamic Business Acceptance and Risk team and will play a key role in the analysis, escalation, and resolution of conflicts and compliance matters across the firm’s international operations. The successful candidate will act as an important link between UK stakeholders and US teams, helping navigate complex conflicts issues while supporting the smooth onboarding of new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse conflicts search results and identify potential legal, ethical, and commercial risks.
  • Liaise with Partners and international stakeholders to support the resolution of complex conflicts matters.
  • Draft and review engagement terms, waivers, consents, and related conflicts documentation.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of ethical/information barriers where required.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and support senior decision-making processes.
  • Review and oversee work produced by junior team members while supporting training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects, systems enhancements, and testing activities.
  • Support urgent conflicts matters and occasional out-of-hours requirements when necessary.
