Why Apply?

  • Attractive Package & Flexibility: Competitive six-figure remuneration alongside a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, the successful candidate will take a leading role in managing the firm's commercial supplier contracts, providing pragmatic legal advice and ensuring contractual and regulatory risks are appropriately managed. Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, information security, innovation and operations, the role offers considerable autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to wider risk management and procurement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, IT, SaaS, software licensing and AI-related agreements.
