Key Responsibilities

You’ll have excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of commercial contracts, GDPR and supplier risk, and experience using contract management systems. Exposure to technology, SaaS or AI-related agreements would be advantageous, as would previous experience within a law firm or in-house legal team.
