Key Responsibilities
- Advise on all aspects of employment law including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
- Draft, review, and update employment‑related policies and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage and oversee employment disputes, investigations, and litigation.
- Partner with HR on disciplinary actions, contractual matters, and workplace conduct issues.
- Monitor legal developments across Europe and Asia to ensure continued compliance.
