The Role
Joining a respected global Risk function, working closely with risk teams in UK/US, you’ll advise on a wide spectrum of commercial, legal, and strategic matters. You’ll draft and negotiate high-value client contracts, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks, and collaborate with lawyers, partners, and professional business teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex client-facing and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and professional standards.
- Advise partners on contractual terms, business requirements, and risk-related issues, balancing commercial needs with compliance.
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, and support client audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
- Develop and enhance templates, playbooks, and scalable processes for efficient contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Business Development, DEI, and Information Security, and supervise administrative support within the Risk function.
