Key Responsibilities

You’ll be a commercially minded lawyer with a strong track record gained within a leading international law firm. Experience advising on corporate, transactional and/or regulatory matters is essential, while previous exposure to an in-house General Counsel or risk function would be advantageous.

You’ll be self-motivated, intellectually curious and highly organised, with excellent drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail. Confident advising senior stakeholders, you’ll enjoy finding practical solutions to complex legal issues and building trusted relationships across an international business.
