The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Knowledge and fee-earners across the department to ensure legal resources remain current, practical, and strategically aligned with client needs. The emphasis will be on maintaining precedents, supporting complex legal queries, and managing know-how across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, review and update precedent documents, forms, and practice notes
  • Act as a trusted internal advisor on technical corporate and M&A queries
  • Curate and manage know-how resources and legal content for the team
  • Monitor legal developments and provide timely updates internally and externally
  • Contribute to legal tech initiatives, including automation and AI tools
