Key Responsibilities
- Advise lawyers and business services teams on a broad range of risk, regulatory and professional conduct matters.
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the firm's risk management framework.
- Review, update and maintain policies, procedures, terms of engagement and other compliance documentation.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on emerging risks and changes affecting the legal sector.
- Deliver risk and compliance training across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders across international offices on risk and compliance initiatives and queries.
- Contribute to projects aimed at strengthening governance, controls and best practice across the firm.
