A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Risk and Compliance team. Take on a high-profile role managing complex commercial and technology contracts within a prestigious international law firm. Work across the business, partnering with legal, procurement, IT and senior stakeholders on strategic supplier relationships. Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model and a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Reporting to the in-house legal team, you'll manage the full lifecycle of the firm's UK supplier contracts, from negotiation through to renewal and ongoing governance. You'll provide commercially focused advice, support procurement processes, and help ensure contracts effectively balance business objectives with legal and regulatory requirements. Draft, review and negotiate commercial supplier agreements, including technology, SaaS, software and professional services contracts. Advise stakeholders on contractual risk and commercial terms. Work with procurement, IT, Information Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure contracts meet business and regulatory requirements. Manage the contract management system and drive best practice across contract governance and procurement processes. Build strong relationships across UK and international teams, providing guidance and training where required. You'll be a commercially minded contracts professional with a law degree and significant experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts within a large corporate, professional services or international organisation. You'll have excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, a strong understanding of commercial contracts, GDPR and supplier risk, and experience using contract management systems. Exposure to technology, SaaS or AI-related agreements would be advantageous, as would previous experience within a law firm or in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded international law firm in a visible, business-facing role where you'll make a genuine impact on commercial decision-making and supplier governance while developing your career within a collaborative global environment.
