This senior position sits within a well-established knowledge function supporting a highly regarded Asset Finance team, with a particular focus on maritime finance. Working closely with partners, lawyers and fellow knowledge professionals globally, you will ensure legal know-how, market intelligence and practical resources are readily available to support the delivery of outstanding client service. The role combines legal expertise, knowledge management, training, business development support and legal innovation in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments affecting asset and maritime finance.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance precedents, guidance notes, templates and know-how resources.
  • Provide technical support and respond to legal and commercial queries from lawyers across the practice.
  • Design, coordinate and deliver training programmes for trainees, associates and senior lawyers.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of knowledge management systems and legal technology tools.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, client briefings and market-facing publications.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, horizon scanning and strategic knowledge projects.
  • Collaborate with partners and knowledge teams globally to drive innovation and best practice.
