We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and well-established dealership in Yeovil. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
You’ll act as the link between the workshop and front-of-house, driving performance while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop

- Monitor workshop loading and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards

- Assist with quality control and final checks where required
