Workshop Controller – Alperton £38,000 Basic Salary | Up to £55,000 OTE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and successful dealership in Alperton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to oversee workshop operations, ensuring maximum productivity, high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll be joining a professional team with excellent earning potential and genuine career progression. Key Responsibilities * Managing the day-to-day running of the workshop. * Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and workshop demands. * Monitoring workshop productivity and ensuring deadlines are met. * Supporting, coaching and motivating the workshop team. * Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and manufacturer compliance. * Liaising with the Service Department to ensure customers are kept informed of repair progress. * Assisting with technical queries and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard.
