We are currently seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and professional automotive dealership in Wokingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful aftersales team in a Monday to Friday role, offering an excellent work-life balance alongside strong earning potential.
As the key link between customers and the workshop, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience while coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing daily schedules.
- Preparing job cards and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Providing customers with updates throughout the service and repair process.
- Liaising closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
