The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of vehicle parts and accessories to both the workshop and retail customers.
You'll be responsible for maintaining excellent stock control, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and supply the correct vehicle parts and accessories.
- Support the workshop with timely parts availability.
- Serve retail and trade customers professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
