Job Description SMART Repair Technician – Tring Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 Basic Location: Tring Hours: Full Time The Role We are looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and successful automotive operation in Tring. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle cosmetic repair professional to work within a modern workshop environment, carrying out high-quality repairs to retail and used vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing cosmetic vehicle repairs to a high standard while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Carrying out SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles Repairing scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage Completing alloy wheel refurbishments Performing paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing Carrying out bumper and panel repairs Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working efficiently to meet productivity targets About You Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician Strong paint and refinishing skills Experience with colour matching and blending techniques Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence Package ~£36,000 – £44,000 Basic Salary ~ Overtime opportunities available ~ Company benefits package ~ Ongoing training and development ~ Modern workshop facilities ~ Career progression opportunities
