CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER CRAWLEY | £36,411 BASIC + £65,000 OTE (UNCAPPED) | COMPANY CAR | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 40 HOURS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Corporate Business Development Manager to join an established automotive dealership in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual with experience in business development, fleet sales or account management to join a successful team, offering an excellent earning potential, an uncapped commission structure and a company car. THE PACKAGE: * £36,411 basic salary. * £65,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential. * Company car. * Monday–Friday working hours. * 40-hour working week. THE ROLE: * Identify and develop new corporate and fleet sales opportunities within the local business market. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and brokers. * Generate new business leads and develop existing accounts to maximise sales opportunities. * Manage the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and negotiating commercial agreements. * Develop tailored vehicle solutions to meet business customers' requirements. * Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow corporate sales. * Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Previous experience in corporate sales, business development, fleet sales or account management. * Automotive industry experience would be advantageous. * A proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term client relationships. * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * A proactive, target-driven approach with the motivation to maximise earning potential. * A full UK driving licence.
