Working within a manufacturer-trained environment, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards while contributing to workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles. Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment. Complete work efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer standards. Conduct vehicle health checks and identify additional repair opportunities. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Work collaboratively with the workshop and service teams to achieve departmental objectives. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Candidate Requirements Essential Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment. Desirable ~ Mercedes-Benz experience. ~ Manufacturer accreditation or franchise dealership experience. ~ MOT Tester qualification. ~ Hybrid and EV qualification or experience.
