We are recruiting an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-performing used vehicle operation in Southampton. This is a hands-on role focused on driving sales performance, maximising profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for managing the used car team, controlling stock, and ensuring all deals are structured effectively to achieve volume, margin, and F&I targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives
- Drive used car sales performance across volume, margin, and product penetration
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and ageing to ensure optimum turn
- Oversee deal structuring, ensuring maximum profitability and compliance
- Monitor KPIs including conversion, enquiry management, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with senior management to deliver site objectives
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and customer journey
- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager / Transaction Manager
- Strong understanding of used vehicle operations and stock management

- Full UK driving licence
