Job Description Workshop Controller Yeovil £35,000 – £40,000 Company Benefits The Role We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and well-established dealership in Yeovil. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the link between the workshop and front-of-house, driving performance while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop Allocate work efficiently to Technicians to maximise productivity Monitor workshop loading and ensure deadlines are met Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards Support and motivate the workshop team to achieve targets Liaise with Service Advisors on work progress and updates Maintain health & safety standards across the workshop Assist with quality control and final checks where required About You Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician ready to step up Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage a busy workshop environment Excellent communication skills Good technical knowledge across a range of vehicles Full UK driving licence What’s in it for you?
