We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive business in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with dealership or motor factor experience looking to join a professional, fast-paced environment with genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplying parts to the workshop and retail/trade customers
- Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts efficiently
- Managing stock control and parts orders
- Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Processing invoices and bookings accurately
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT and systems knowledge
- Full UK driving licence preferred
