Parts Supervisor – Automotive Dealership Location: Eastbourne Employer: Pembrook Resourcing Pembrook Resourcing are working with a leading automotive dealership in Eastbourne to recruit a proactive and experienced Parts Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy parts department, ensure efficient operations, and deliver outstanding service to both internal teams and external customers. The Role As Parts Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring stock availability, efficient workflows, and excellent customer service. You will support the Parts Manager in driving sales, managing stock, and developing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and motivating the parts team to deliver exceptional service. Managing stock levels, parts ordering, and inventory control. Ensuring accurate invoicing, processing, and record-keeping. Supporting aftersales and workshop teams with timely and accurate parts supply. Handling customer enquiries, providing expert advice, and resolving issues efficiently. Monitoring departmental KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives. About You Proven experience in automotive parts management or supervision, ideally within a dealership environment. Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a small team. Excellent knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and processes. Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
