Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a parts advisor on behalf of their client.

Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in providing an outstanding level of service to colleagues and customers.
  • Have excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude and be willing and able to work as part of a team.
  • Source vehicle parts for customers and workshop vehicles, identify how customer requirements can be met and build solid customer and colleague relationships.
  • Be IT literate and have experience in a Main Dealer parts department.

  • Working experience in the Motor Trade as a Parts Advisor or knowledge in the aftersales department.
