This is a strong opportunity for a skilled technician who is confident working on vans and light commercial vehicles, enjoys fault-finding and diagnostics, and wants a role offering a competitive basic salary with excellent earning potential. THE OPPORTUNITY • £34,000–£38,000 basic salary • £55,000–£60,000 OTE • 1 in 3 Saturdays • Established commercial vehicle dealership • Strong earning potential • Professional workshop environment THE ROLE • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work on commercial vehicles and LCVs • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately • Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard • Carry out inspections and identify required work • Work closely with the wider workshop team to maintain productivity and quality • Complete all work in line with manufacturer and dealership standards • Maintain accurate job-card and repair documentation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll need: • Strong hands-on Vehicle Technician experience • Confidence servicing, maintaining and repairing vans / light commercial vehicles • Good diagnostic and fault-finding ability • Strong attention to detail • A professional and reliable approach • The ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment It would be particularly useful if you also have: • Commercial Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician experience • Main-dealer or manufacturer-franchise experience • Ford Transit or similar commercial vehicle experience • Relevant technical qualifications THE PEMBROOK DIFFERENCE We’ll give you the useful detail up front, talk openly about the opportunity and take the time to understand whether it is genuinely right for you.
