Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 Basic | £45,000 - £50,000+ OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday + Saturday rota

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich. This is a great opportunity to work within a professional workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
  • Perform diagnostics and fault finding using modern equipment
  • Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Package: £32k - £42k basic depending on experience
  • OTE up to £50k+ for senior / diagnostic techs
