With the opportunity to oversee workshop operations, coordinate technician workloads and drive productivity, this role would suit someone looking to develop their career within a dealership environment. 45,000 indicated OTE, with bonus structure and achievability to be confirmed. ~ Monday–Friday working pattern. ~ Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Monitor workshop progress to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales. Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and performance. Ensure high standards of workmanship, quality and health and safety. Help maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealership environment, or in a similar senior workshop role. Strong understanding of workshop operations and technician workflow.
