About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Business / General Manager to lead our motorcycle dealership in Christchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a dynamic and passionate business, with full responsibility for driving sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full P&L ownership of the dealership, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop managers and their teams across sales, service, and parts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences that reflect the passion and lifestyle of the motorcycle community.
  • Build strong manufacturer, supplier, and customer relationships to support business objectives.
