Vehicle Technician\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional workshop. The successful candidate will carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on vehicles\\n\\n * \\n\\n Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and technical data\\n\\n * \\n\\n Complete mechanical and electrical repairs efficiently\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct vehicle health checks and identify additional work required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Accurately complete job cards, reports and service documentation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work collaboratively with service advisors and workshop colleagues\\n\\nSkills & Experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic\\n\\n * \\n\\n MOT Tester qualification (advantageous but not essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full UK driving licence\\n\\nWhatโs on Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive basic salary with bonus structure\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing training and manufacturer courses\\n\\n * \\n\\n Modern workshop and equipment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career progression opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company benefits package (pension, holidays, staff discounts)
