Key Responsibilities * Welcoming customers and managing their light commercial vehicle service and repair requirements. * Booking LCVs in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. * Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time. * Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. * Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments. * Maximising service department opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. * Ensuring all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.
