The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards while supporting the workshop team with vehicle inspections and light servicing work where required.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations.
- Accurately complete MOT documentation and vehicle assessments.
- Identify and report vehicle defects and repair requirements.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Assist with vehicle servicing and minor repairs when required.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Deliver excellent customer service through accurate and professional vehicle reporting.
- Valid MOT Tester licence.
- Previous experience in an automotive workshop environment.
- Strong knowledge of DVSA testing standards and procedures.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Experience within a main dealer or independent garage environment.

- £32,000–£35,000 basic salary.
