HGV Service Advisor – Automotive Workshop Location: Belvedere Employer: Pembrook Resourcing Pembrook Resourcing are working with a leading HGV dealership in Belvedere to recruit a knowledgeable and customer-focused HGV Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor to manage workshop operations, liaise with customers, and ensure efficient service delivery. The Role As HGV Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers bringing in commercial vehicles for servicing, repairs, or MOTs. You will manage bookings, provide technical advice, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the workshop process. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving customer enquiries and booking vehicles for service, repair, or inspection. Liaising with workshop technicians to provide accurate job updates and repair recommendations. Preparing cost estimates, invoices, and ensuring accurate administration. Maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring repeat business. Monitoring workshop schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.
