Head of Fleet Sales
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting a Head of Fleet Sales on behalf of our client.
The role
To direct and manage the Corporate Sales Managers and fleet sales operations to ensure profit maximisation and achievement of sales targets.
To proactively reach out to customers through emails and phone calls to offer products and services.
Visiting clients or arranging meetings with customers to discuss how their products can meet their needs. You will aim to offer solutions from the represented brand first and foremost, but will also promote the wider Group opportunities when appropriate.
To deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of products and encouraging purchases.
To work closely with the manufacturer on larger opportunities to ensure the potential is fully leveraged and the best terms are offered to the customer.
Skills and experience required
- Technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry.
- Numerate and articulate.
- A full driving licence.
- Inspiring leadership and teamwork skills.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a similar sales environment.
- Experience managing a team and developing self and others.
