This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive leader to take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and operational success of the dealership, driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction across all dealership departments
- Ensure the business consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience
- Develop, mentor and coach Department Managers and staff to achieve their full potential
- Maintain brand standards, professionalism and integrity at all times
- Achieve manufacturer and group targets across sales, service and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and best practice
- Oversee performance management KPIs and financial objectives
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with all operational procedures
- Promote a positive collaborative culture and lead by example
- Deliver annual business plans and support long‑term succession planning
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a Head of Business / Dealer Principal or General Manager role within the motor trade
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving business targets

- Numerate, IT literate and able to manage budgets and performance reporting
