VEHICLE TECHNICIAN GUILDFORD | £35,500–£45,000 BASIC | £41,200–£50,000 OTE (UNCAPPED) | MONDAY–FRIDAY | NO WEEKENDS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED VEHICLE TECHNICIAN Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and reputable dealership in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified technician looking to join a professional and supportive workshop team, offering an excellent basic salary, an easily achievable uncapped bonus scheme and a great work-life balance with no weekend working. THE PACKAGE: * Vehicle Technician: £35,500 basic + £41,200 OTE (uncapped). * Accredited Service Technician: £41,000 basic + £45,000 OTE (uncapped). * Accredited Senior Technician: £45,000 basic + £50,000 OTE (uncapped). * Uncapped bonus scheme with easily achievable OTE figures. * Monday–Friday working hours. * 40-hour working week, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm. * No weekend working. * Excellent opportunities for further training and career progression. THE ROLE: * Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, identifying effective repair solutions. * Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional work required. * Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards. * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out. * Work closely with the workshop team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency. * Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. * Previous experience working within a main dealership environment. * Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. * Manufacturer accreditation advantageous but not essential. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team. * A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
