About the Role
We are looking for a professional Group Service Advisor to join our dealership group. You will support multiple sites by ensuring excellent customer service, efficient booking processes, and smooth communication between customers and service teams. This is a pivotal role within the group, offering visibility of operations across locations and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers booking vehicle or motorcycle services across the group
- Coordinating appointments, explaining service work, and providing accurate cost estimates
- Liaising between customers and workshop technicians at multiple sites to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Advising customers on recommended maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and accessories
- Processing service invoices, payments, and follow-ups efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records in workshop management systems
- Ensuring professional, friendly, and organised customer interactions across all locations
- Supporting service managers in improving processes and customer satisfaction
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in automotive or motorcycle workshops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and approachable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites/tasks
- Competent with IT systems and workshop software
- Full UK driving licence
