AFTERSALES MANAGER GLOUCESTER | £55,000 OTE | COMPANY VEHICLE | 30 DAYS’ HOLIDAY An excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of an established aftersales operation in Gloucester. You’ll oversee the Aftersales Department, ensuring the workshop runs efficiently, productivity remains high and customers receive an excellent level of service. You’ll have the opportunity to identify improvements, maximise departmental performance and support the team when needed. Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Handle customer queries and resolve issues relating to servicing, repairs, MOTs, warranties and technical concerns. Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise departmental performance. Support the team and remain hands-on when required. Previous management experience within the motor trade. A strong understanding of aftersales operations and workshop processes. The ability to motivate a team and drive performance. A full, valid UK driving licence.
