About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Business / General Manager to take full responsibility for our dealership operation in Exeter. This is a pivotal leadership role, accountable for driving growth, profitability, and customer experience across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L accountability for the dealership, with responsibility for delivering sustainable profit and growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of department managers to consistently achieve targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and retention across sales and aftersales functions.
  • Set and execute strategic business plans to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and key stakeholders.
