THE OPPORTUNITY This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a professional and established aftersales department, where delivering excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships are key. With a Monday–Friday working pattern and no weekend commitments, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their next move within the motor trade. THE PACKAGE * £30,000 basic salary. * £38,000 OTE. * Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. * No weekend working. THE ROLE As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout. Your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle servicing and repair requirements. * Booking vehicles into the workshop and preparing accurate job cards. * Providing estimates and explaining recommended work. * Liaising closely with technicians and workshop management. * Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. * Identifying additional work and opportunities to maximise aftersales revenue. * Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. * A professional telephone manner and confident customer-facing approach. * Good attention to detail. * A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
