Assistant Aftersales Manager
Location: Exeter
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Basic + Bonus
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Exeter who are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to support the running of their Service and Parts departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Service Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor ready to step up into a senior leadership role.
The Role
- Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the daily running of the department
- Overseeing Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Parts team
- Driving labour sales, efficiency, and productivity
- Monitoring KPIs and assisting with departmental reportingEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Supporting staff training, coaching, and development
- Maintaining compliance with FCA and Health & Safety standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a dealership aftersales environment
- Experience as a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
