Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an automotive business in Southend. The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the aftersales department. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the aftersales team
- Driving workshop and service performance
- Monitoring KPIs and departmental performance
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Managing commercial and financial performance
- Developing and motivating team members
- Ensuring processes and standards are consistently followed
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager
- Strong automotive aftersales experience
