Job Description Vehicle Technician Location: Epsom Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 OTE (depending on experience & qualifications) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Overview An excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Epsom. This role suits a technician who is confident with diagnostics, enjoys working to high standards, and wants strong earning potential with ongoing training. Key Responsibilities Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment Complete work efficiently and in line with manufacturer standards Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation Carry out vehicle health checks and identify additional repair work Work closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health & safety standards Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (dealer or independent) MOT Tester qualification preferred (not essential) Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer ~£35,000 – £55,000 OTE ~ Uncapped bonus structure ~ Manufacturer and brand training ~ Modern workshop with up-to-date equipment ~ Career progression opportunities ~ Company benefits package
