This Camberley opportunity offers a £30,000 basic salary with OTE of around £36,000, plus additional commission for service plans — giving you another opportunity to increase your earnings. We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Camberley. You’ll be working Monday to Friday in a customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising every opportunity to deliver a great customer experience. ~£Additional commission on service plans ~ Monday–Friday ~Opportunity to increase earnings through additional service-plan commission Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey. Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times. Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans. Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations. Experience working with service plans and additional sales. Experience using automotive dealer management systems.
