Looking for a Monday–Friday Service Advisor role with a strong earning opportunity and no weekend working? This Camberley opportunity offers a £30,000 basic salary with OTE of around £36,000, plus additional commission for service plans — giving you another opportunity to increase your earnings.
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Camberley. You’ll be working Monday to Friday in a customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising every opportunity to deliver a great customer experience.
- Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
- Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
- Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
- Experience working with service plans and additional sales.
- Experience using automotive dealer management systems.
