Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Corporate Business Development Manager to join an established automotive dealership in Crawley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual with experience in business development, fleet sales or account management to join a successful team, offering an excellent earning potential, an uncapped commission structure and a company car.
THE PACKAGE:
- £36,411 basic salary.
- £65,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential.
- Company car.
- Monday–Friday working hours.
- 40-hour working week.
THE ROLE:
- Identify and develop new corporate and fleet sales opportunities within the local business market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and brokers.
- Generate new business leads and develop existing accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Develop tailored vehicle solutions to meet business customers' requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow corporate sales.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in corporate sales, business development, fleet sales or account management.
- Automotive industry experience would be advantageous.
- A proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with the motivation to maximise earning potential.
- A full UK driving licence.
