THE OPPORTUNITY
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Local Business Development Executive to join an established automotive dealership in Craigavon.
This is a field-based sales position suited to an ambitious, commercially minded salesperson who enjoys winning new business, developing relationships and creating long-term customer partnerships.
You’ll take responsibility for developing the local business and fleet customer base, promoting a wide range of New & Used Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Aftersales and Parts.
THE ROLE
- Develop new business opportunities across Craigavon, Lisburn, Newry, Armagh, Mid Ulster and surrounding areas
- Build and manage a strong local business and fleet customer database
- Identify new prospects and decision-makers within local businesses
- Arrange and attend customer meetings and business visits
- Promote New & Used vehicles and commercial vehicle solutions
- Develop Aftersales, Parts and Bodyshop opportunities
- Manage existing accounts and maximise repeat business
- Negotiate and close new business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Work closely with the dealership team to deliver an excellent customer experience
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience who is confident generating their own opportunities and developing relationships.
YOU’LL IDEALLY HAVE:
- Proven new business development experience
- Strong B2B, fleet or automotive sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- The confidence to work independently
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A full UK driving licence

- £37,000 basic salary
