Motorcycle Sales Executive Location: Christchurch Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 OTE (depending on experience) Job Description Pembrook Resourcing are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our client’s busy dealership in Christchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motorcycle enthusiast with strong sales and customer service skills to develop a successful career within the motor trade. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional and engaging experience. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motorcycles and accessories. * Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. * Arrange and conduct test rides in line with dealership procedures. * Promote finance, insurance, and additional products. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, specifications, and promotions. * Ensure the showroom and motorcycles are presented to a high standard. * Achieve individual and team sales targets. Requirements * Previous sales experience, ideally within motorcycles, automotive, or retail. * A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motor industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Target-driven with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Full UK driving licence and motorcycle licence preferred.
