We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Retail Manager to lead a successful automotive retail operation in Chigwell. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving sales performance, managing the showroom team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations

- Monitor KPIs including volume, margin, finance, and add-on products
