Car Sales Executive About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our busy dealership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle needsGuide customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to handoverCarry out vehicle demonstrations and test drivesPromote and sell finance, insurance, and add-on products in line with FCA regulationsManage customer leads via phone, email, and digital platformsMaintain accurate customer records on the CRM systemEnsure all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed correctlyAchieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targetsDeliver a professional vehicle handover and aftersales introductionMaintain high standards of showroom presentationAbout You Previous experience in car sales or a target-driven sales role (preferred but not essential)Confident communicator with strong customer service skillsSelf-motivated and driven to succeedAble to work well both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working weekends and peak trading hoursStrong organisational and admin skillsFull UK driving licenceWhat We Offer Competitive basic salary with uncapped commissionOngoing training and career progression opportunitiesManufacturer and in-house sales trainingCompany car or car allowance (role dependent)Pension scheme and staff benefitsSupportive team environment
